JUDICIAL  WATCH  DOG  DAVE PALMER  REVEALS  FRAUD SUMMARY SHEETS PER HIS THEFT IN OFFICE  CHARGES AGAINST FOUR  OHIO SUPREME  COURT JUSTICES   -
      PROBABLE CAUSE HEARING TODAY

Columbus Judicial Watch Dog David Palmer has filed multiple complaints against four Ohio Supreme Court Justices Friday, alleging theft in office in connection with irregular auto gasoline purchases where gas purchases exceeded the capacity of the gas tank.   Mr. Palmer wonders where all the gasoline is going?

Mr. Palmer has now released “Fraud Summary Sheets” to further support his charges against Chief Justice Thomas Moyer, Justices Andrew Douglas, Paul Pfeiffer and Francis Sweeney.  Mr. Palmer added that there were many other incidents, “probably approaching 100,”  but he has confined his list to incidents of more than two gallons each event.  “I really doubt that anyone would just pump two gallons of gas out on the pavement, so  I overlooked all of those events and I repeat, there were many.”  Mr. Palmer has gas pump receipts for purchases of up to 29 gallons of fuel, in cars capable of holding a maximum of 18.5 and 20.0 gallons.

Over the past six weeks, Palmer has spent nearly 100 hours sorting through gasoline and other receipts of the justices to obtain his information.   Mr. Palmer said that such receipts are routinely available to the public and anyone could have done the same work had they been interested and willing to spend the time digging.

In his Friday complaint, Palmer accused the justices of pumping more gasoline into their state furnished cars than the tank capacity.  Mr. Palmer states that they were not isolated incidents. “There was a pattern,” he said.  He feels the thefts were deliberate and his records show they were repeated. “Where’s the gas,” asks Palmer? It’s a good question in light of the hundreds of receipts Palmer has in his possession.

Mr. Palmer still asserts, “Five to ten gallons of gasoline does not just disappear into the air when you are on the pump island.  Therefore, these folks must have pumped off the extra gas into cans for the lawn tractor, another car, a boat, or some other tank they brought to the station with them.”  Delivery receipts signed by the alleged offenders seem to prove his point.

Mr. Palmer also stated that the comment of justice Douglas made to TV-10 Reporters “This time he has gone too far,” sounds like a threat of some sort.  He said he will be sending Douglas a letter asking him what he meant by that remark.

Mr. Palmer reiterated his thoughts that this gasoline theft issue would not exist at all if the justices has just abided by the Ohio Constitution, which absolutely prohibits having “perks” by Judges.  This would include such things as state provided autos, cell phones, country club memberships and other “perks” often found in the business world.  He says, “They should pay back all costs of operating those cars for as long as they have been using them.”  He roughly estimates this could be $ 12,000 per year for the past 5-7 years. “These guys are supposed to know Ohio Law,”  said Palmer.

A “Probable Cause” hearing will be held Monday, June 24 in the Common Pleas Court at 3:00 PM. The Judge and Courtroom is presently unknown. Mr. Palmer said, “At this hearing, I will positively demonstrate beyond the shadow of a doubt that one cannot squeeze 29 gallons of gasoline into a 20 gallon gas tank.
Frequently persecuted by the Supreme Court over several years,  Palmer said he fully expects the usual “judicial arguments”  he has heard so many times before in such “judge cases.” These include, “my secretary did it, the office manager did it, it was an “honest mistake, the pumps was broken every time I went there, and other legalese mumbo jumbo,”  Palmer says he has “heard for many years from the judicial class.”  It is often exactly the same arguments people in Lucasville State Prison have used unsuccessfully, but “Remember, these guys are judges being paid $ 125,000 per year.”

He said he fully expects the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney or the Ohio Attorney General, who is supposed to be working for The People of Ohio, will get all twisted around and come down on the side of the accused justices as though they were all the victims of some Palmer Persecution. Mr. Palmer said, “if you were some little government clerk who stole some gasoline on a state credit card, you would be off to the slammer so fast it would make you dizzy.”  Time will tell if “tank rank hath privilege” in this case.  “Let’s have a jury trial and let the people decide on their guilt or innocence in this,”  said the Watch Dog.  Mr. Palmer says he will call for their resignations from office and revocation of all retirement benefits as a minimum punishment if the justices are found guilty along with a return of all stolen money and auto (and other) “perks”  expenses prohibited by the Ohio Constitution.
