Scaring The Britches Off Judges & Lawyers
Yesterday, JNJ placed out a news article regarding a $7.5 billion lawsuit filed against the Texas State Bar. We have received a lot of reaction to that article. One of the responses was regarding the same type corruption of the Washington State Bar Association, regarding  Attorney Doug Schafer. While we know many citizens express hatred toward lawyers in general, JAIL is finding more and more principled lawyers coming out of the woodwork to expose the legal corruption.
Below is one such response, followed by the Attorney Ed Truncellito's reply. We thought his reply to be of such interest to you, our readers, that we are sharing it with all. Our thanks to Ed!

Isn't this the same thing that's happening in Washington?

      Reply from Attorney Ed Truncellito:
Folks: I believe the correct answer is the Washington scenario is
"similar," but they haven't launched a $7.5 Billion RICO claim to fight
back with. I presume you meant Doug Schafer, in Tacoma, www.doug4justice.org? The Bar was after him for revealing a client confidence about a corrupt judge, which finally was proven after four years of hassle. Schafer's hearing was last month, and I never heard the disposition.
Schafer's problem is the same. The Incumbent bar punishes honorable whistleblowers. So many of them take the oath and find out they make more money by breaking it than keeping it.
We're going to prove that in our Texas RICO case, and when the rich barristers see their pocketbooks opened by a jury of 12, reminiscent of Big Tobacco, the fear of God will return to them. Suddenly, justice and mercy will once again be important...
The internet makes this possible, with the grass roots publicity stirring the electorate. We are going to force the bar to relinquish major strongholds in their monopoly, link all the law on the web, and link the filing system with it. It will disrupt much of the entrenched patterns of corruption, at least for a while, when no one can hide, and when reporters can snoop everywhere in public matters, from the comfort of their homes, with statistical analysis programs doing huge percentages of the work needed to detect patterns of favoritism and misdirected moneys...
Web and other economics totally invalidate the current rules of legal procedure. It now costs about a dollar a day to store audio testimony on the web. And we already have programs that will convert the audio to text, and they will be perfected in a few years. So why pay a thousand dollars a day for a court reporter's transcription which hides in a paper file in an appellate court with copies in attorney's archives? Memorialize it on web archives--forevermore.

      More on this later...!

      *  Here is a good example of success in Internet news reporting, and right on the heels of today's previous article on that subject, "Media Monopoly Facing Gallows."
Further, the same application is now happening to "judicial" decisions. Courts have hidden their corrupt decisions under the banner of "NOT FOR PUBLICATION," meaning it will not appear on the shelves of law libraries. Today, however, we have made non-publication of cases irrelevant. One can post on their website their entire case, including their argument before the court, the court's decision, and a freeflowing commentary exposing the court's reasoning, or lack thereof. Imagine the advantage even over published cases. Instead of being in a book on a library shelf for some attorney or law student to read, it is now front and center, "in your face" exposure. Yes, we are certainly in a new day, and the "Emperor" surely has no clothes!   As one writer just today said, "Ron, you are scaring the britches off judges and lawyers alike."    -Ron Branson
