      Dear Patrick Riot:

      I have read your below comment. I am Ron Branson, the "disgusting" one who originally sent out the published news article about the police officer fatally shooting the National Guardsman and who alleged he was cut off. I note that you have a misplaced confidence in government that is unsubstantiated by history.

      May I correctly assume that you have an appreciation for our country, and its foundation? Assuming the affirmative, I cite you to the words of our Founding Fathers in our Declaration of Independence. "The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world. ... He [the King of England] has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our People, and to eat out their substance. .... protecting them, by mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states."

      Can we agree that our forefathers faced a legitimate concern for the future of themselves and their posterity, i.e, you and me? If so, we agree then that it is a genuine concern that we just might repeat these historical facts that police actions may be covered up by mock trials.

      Now, since you have defined me as "disgusting," allow me to further identify myself and my past background. My wife was the head secretary within the largest District Attorney's Office within this country, and her immediate boss appointed by President Reagen to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where he currently sits. That largest District Attorney's Office is right here in the County of Los Angeles.

      I have taken many lawsuits which involve police misconduct to and through the court system. Consequently, I have been to the U.S. Supreme Court fifteen times, and I have never once see anything but judicial cover-up of arbitrary corrupt police action.

      I have suffered torture with 50,000 volts of electricity by the police when they were first experimenting with their new taser guns, followed by the question, "How did it feel."

      I have been further threatened with the breaking of my fingers, and the crushing of my skull if I continued to assert the Constitution, and told that I would then be taken a magistrate of which I was so demanding.

      I was imprisoned without food. Also informed that I could use the bathroom only if I surrendered to their demands, which resulted in using of the open floor for a toilet. I reported this torturous incident to the IA, (Internal Affairs which "investigates" police corruption), only to receive a response, "We find no violation of any police policy."

      I have brought suit in federal court for the constitutional police violation of the Fourth Amendment for failure to take before a magistrate for a determination of Probable Cause, only to have the federal judge say, "I feel that if they had of taken you to a magistrate, he would have found for Probable Cause," to which I responded, "If the Martians had attacked and destroyed the earth yesterday, we would not be here discussing the Fourth Amendment today."

      I had a state judge who had submitted a prove-up trial for default judgment against the police who was required pursuant to the Constitution and law, to render a judgement within 90 days, decide, "I am unsubmitting the evidence for judgment." Ironically, the entire record file of the case just disappeared, and even a extended search, including of the basement archives of the courthouse, could not turn up any evidence of the case. Was there a cover-up going on?

      Involving this very case, the chief legal counsel for the California State Assembly, before whom I personal appeared, stated, "This case presents a real head-scratcher." Within that case I presented to the State Assembly a proposed amendment to the current California default statutes a remedy that whenever 90 days are expired, and a judge fails or refuses to enter a default judgment, the default clerk shall enter a default judgment for the full amount stated in the complaint served upon the defendants. In the present case, it was 13,620,000 dollars against LAPD.

      I am extremely experienced in the area of police misconduct and cover-up, and have even experienced seeing their defense attorney's mouth drop open when they discovered that a justice on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said, "Don't I know you?" to which I said, "I will let you explain it to the other side."

      The name of "Ron Branson" is well known among the higher judges and justices of this country, including former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, and six state court chief justices who have spoken out in the media about the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law, of which I am the author.

      Former California Chief Justice Ronald George said, "Ron Branson is out to destroy this wonderful judicial system we have here in California." I recommend, Patrick, you check-out what caused a  national shake-up among the judiciary as a result of the JAIL4Judges work in the State of South Dakota, http://www.sd-jail4judges.org. If you had said "The judges within this nation find Ron Branson disgusting," I would certainly concur.

      The only one more disgusting than the NY cop is the one sending this crap...around trying to incite otherwise intelligent people.  The cop will be prosecuted and I predict incarcerated or given the death penalty.

      (CBS) NEW YORK - A passenger said an unarmed Army National Guardsman driving on a New York City highway was fatally shot by police early Thursday, even though both his hands were on the wheel when the officers approached him, CBS New York reports.

      Noel Polanco, 22, was shot around 5:15 a.m. on the Grand Central Parkway in Queens. His passenger, Diane Deferrari, said a bullet narrowly missed her when it fatally struck Polanco in the abdomen.

      "The shot came right past my face and shot him," DeFerrari told CBS New York.

      Deferrari said uniformed police officers pointed their guns through her window. The other passenger in the car, off-duty police officer Vanessa Rodriguez, was asleep in the back seat. She was awakened by the gunshot.

      Deferrari said the officers were aggressive before pulling their car over near LaGuardia Airport.

      "The police proceeded to try to chase us, sticking their middle finger at us and screaming obscenities at the car and trying to pull us over," DeFerrari said.

      Police said Polanco was driving his 2012 Honda Fit erratically when he was pulled over and shot by a 39-year-old detective who has been on the force for 14 years. The detective fired one round, striking Polanco in the stomach and killing him.

      Although Deferrari admitted that he was driving erratically, she said police shot Polanco almost immediately when he pulled over. Deferrari said she complied with an order to raise her hands, but the driver's hands remained on the wheel.

      "And then they had us put our hands on the vehicle, telling us 'Your friend shot himself.' I looked at the police officers and I was in utter shock," DeFerrari said.

      Polanco was coming from the Ice Lounge in Astoria, where he works at night. DeFerrari said Polanco had a few drinks at the bar before he got behind the wheel, but alcohol was not a factor that led to his death.

      Instead, she insisted a case of road rage was taken to the extreme by police.

      "He was shot intentionally ... All you had to do was pull him over, ask for license and registration and take him to jail. There was no reason for this innocent kid to be killed," DeFerrari said.

      DeFerrari contended Polanco never reached for anything and had his hands on the steering wheel the whole time.

      Polanco was unarmed and had just come back from basic training and was getting ready to be deployed as an Army Reservist. He did not have a criminal record and possessed no outstanding warrants. The police detective involved in the shooting will not be questioned until after the district attorney's investigation is complete.
