Need info- torque head bolt.

Can anyone tell me the torque seting for a head bolt on a 1989 Jag. XJS V-12? I have one leaking a little oil onto the manifold and I need to tighten it, but

I have a high pitched whin in the front of the motor of my 1994 V12 that disappears when I bring up the revs just a little. ANy ideas where to look first?

To be honest with you you really cant tell. I have come across the cheapest ones being the strongest and vice versa. All comes down to what you are willing
