  • When you click on Photos at jacksongenealogy just look directly below and you will see photostream and album. Just click on the one you want to use. If you want to see only the photos you have uploaded on photo stream check the box. You can do the same thing when you select albums. • I think everyone should take a trip through the photostream just to see what old Jackson County looked like, take a look at the old timers and see some of the cemeteries and churches in the county. Who knows you may see one of your ancestors on there. I don't know of any other place where you can see all this. Clay

  • The Jackson County AL probate records are available at ancestry.com. I don't know if familysearch.org has uploaded them yet. The are also available at the Jackson County Courthouse if you know some one in Jackson County that will copy them for you. Clay

  • If the Catharine Mitchell, daughter of John and Ann Nancy (Wigginton) Mitchell, you are referring to is the one who married John Gullatt Sr 1795 Fairfax Co. VA then probably not. Her brothers stayed in VA or moved to KY. I have never traced any of the line to Jackson Co. AL. Clay Gullatt On Tuesday, February 7, 2017 5:58 PM, "reggie.hughes@^$1 [jacksongenealogy]" wrote: Is...

  • Bethel Cemetery is on findagrave with 44 names listed. No directions on how to get there the directions I gave earlier were from a book of Jackson County's Cemeteries. Maybe Bill Cagle can give you some directions and whether you will need a 4 wheel drive. Clay

  • Bethel Cemetery is in Township 2 Range 3 Sect 3 off county road 3. Take co. rd 3 north then northwest out of Princeton it is about 5 or 6 miles from Princeton. It has about 30 marked graves and 7 unmarked. Sarah King 1849-1899 first known interment. Common names Cagle, Hay, Judd and Milligan. One of the Cagles can probably give you better directions. Clay
