SAMPSON REESE and his wife were born 1780 to 1790. In the 1830 Jackson County census, there was a female, over 100 years of age, living with SAMPSON REESE.  Who was she??
On Oct 2, 1830 and Oct 19, 1832, Sampson Reese purchased land on the Tennessee River near what became Bridgeport.   His sons: David, James M., William, and Sampson Reese, Jr. also purchased land in the Bridgeport area.   One or more of them operated Reese's Ferry at the southern end of Long Island (site from Jan 1864 Civil War map.)
Who was wife of SAMPSON REESE?   Where were they buried and when?   Who did their children marry?
