      Mrs. Annie (Coleman) Proctor was born in and lived in Bedford CO, TN until
      she married Jesse Proctor as his second wife in the mid-1940s. She is the
      only person in her Coleman family who ever lived in Jackson County, AL, as
      far as I know.
