      > Paula, My SC ancestors moved to Henry County, GA. One Henry County history book was called Henry County: "The Mother of All Counties" because so many counties were formed by dividing Henry. They were there as early as 1824. Then I think Newton and Fayette were formed from Henry. Have you tried looking at the land lottery books, to see if there is a William Wilson who won land in GA?
