      Clay,

I hope this is not political but I always find some loop holes in things controlled by the government and would like to know more before I act. If anyone has pros and cons I would like to know.

This is a good thing. I remember a few years ago when they were trying to do this. Selling tee shirts and canes to raise the money to do it. It helps with it's preversevation.

I just found out the valley is in the NRHP. What does this mean? What are the good, bad and the ugly?
