      Household # 42-43
David Wenrick            age 27    Carpenter    b ca 1843  PA
      Manerva "                         22                        b ca 1848  GA
      Willliam Willson                68                         b ca 1802  SC
      Josephine Chambers         10                         b ca 1860  AL

Can't find a Genforum site for the surname of Wenrick but there is one for Wenrich. Could find nothing there on the above David.

Can anyone identify any of the people on this census? Can't find them on any other census. Would like to know if William Willson and Manerva are father and daughter. Would like to know if they are the same family on the 1860 DeKalb Co AL Census and the 1850 Armuchey, Walker Co GA census. Josephine Chambers is a complete unknown.

I've been looking for years for my Wilson/Willson ancestors. Theory is that one of William's daughters, Sarah E, married Hugh/Uriah Cosby who was at one time in Jackson Co AL. Hugh/Uriah was s/o James S Cosby and Anna Brown. Hugh/Uriah's Cosby family was in Jefferson, Blount, and St Clair Co from the early 1800's onward.

Also would like to know if anyone has info on an Elizabeth Jane Cates who some researchers say was Hugh/Uriah's first wife. Married ca 1865, supposedly in Hickman Co TN. Would like to know more about her family and about what happened to her.

Any info, no matter how little, would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks for any help.

      Paula
