Try looking in Franklin Co, Tn. The Sherwood area has some Barnes.

I am looking for information on a Joseph T Barnes and related family.
I can not find anything on him & believe him and his family are from Jackson County. He married Mary Jane Samples (Later married John Holder)Joseph and Mary Jane Children:

Jessie Irene Barnes dob May 31, 1910 Married William Earl Martin.

Harry Barnes married Mary Lou Bookout Children- their children:Lesia Dale Barnes death unknown, Ruth McNeese, Shirley Thomas, Jenny vinson, Reba Owens, Kay Castle, James, Thomas, Craig, Dean Barnes.

        Mabel(Mable) Barnes

        Arlen "Bud" Holder

Story is Joseph died in a mine accident, but I can find no proof. One record says Joseph and Mary Jane were divorced. There is a tombstone T Orme Mnt Cemetary with his and Mary Jane's together. This is ALL the info I have Joseph. Any info on him or family is appreciated.
