      Clay,

      You mentioned at the top 4th Reg.t AL Infantry and under Daniel Wall
      you said 4th Reg't Al Calvary (Russell's). I don't think they are
      the same.

      The sons of Robert Johnson and John Washington among others were in
      the 4th AL Calvary and I don't think they are the same. Also, I
      think that I asked this before, but:

      Does anyone know anything about Col. A. A. Russell? I know that I
      read somewhere that he never swore allegiance to the U.S. and went to
      Mexico, but I can't find a thing about it now.
