MARY FRANCES PERRYMAN was born October 20, 1866, in AL, and died March
11, 1912. On September 2, 1883, she married Benjamin Franklin
McLemore, son of James and Nancy (Dunham) McLemore. Their daughter,
Viola Mae McLemore, born Feb 22, 1903, married John Jacob Gross, Jr.
At the time of the 1880 census, Mary Frances Perryman appears to be an
orphan living with an unrelated family in the Mink Creek area of Jackson
      County, AL.
QUESTION ONE: Under what circumstances did she come to Jackson County?
QUESTION TWO: Was William Perryman, (born ca 1846 in AL) found on the
1860 Limestone County, AL census her father? I have not found him on a
      census after 1860.
QUESTION THREE: Was William Perryman's wife Frances E. Mc(C)Lain, born
circa 1849, died before 1870 census, his wife?
QUESTION FOUR: Was Frances E. Mc(C)Lain the daughter of Russell M. and
Mary A. (MOTE) Mc(C)Lain? I have been able to trace the lineage of
Russell M. and Mary A. Mc(C)Lain back to Georgia.
