      William "Billy" Dellaney Parks was half brother to Robert C. Parks and Ruth Brown (Parks) Kirby. His mother was John Parks 1st wife Mary Mills Delaney m  12 Mar 1811 Blount Co. TN apparently William was only child.  William D. wa Postmaster at Parks Store 1853  to 1866 when it closed.

      John Parks a Meth Minister 2nd wife was Ruth Brown m. 13 Aug 1810 Mayville TN. they had 10 children.

      2. James Monroe b. 9 Jul 1819 Lookout Valley TN (PM at Parks Store 1850-1853)

      6 John Gordon b. 19 Dec 1825 JC Co.

      Samuel W. operated Parks Store during Civil War on City Sq. in Starnes Bldg.
