Sexual Health Group, which provides condoms for customers including
the NHS, the army and vegetarians, will announce today its intention
to list on the Ofex market, to fund development and possible
      acquisitions.

The Berkshire-based business, which owns the Condomania prophylactic
brand, is looking to raise £850,000 to expand. Assuming full take-up
at 16p a share, SHG will be worth just over £5m when it joins London's
tertiary market at the end of this month.

The company has about 8% of the NHS condom market and its products are
approved by the Vegetarian Society for use by vegetarians and vegans
because of the way they are manufactured.
