(CNN) – Perhaps you've wondered what being a vegetarian is all about.
Michelle France doesn't eat mean, and has followed a vegetarian diet
for most of her life.
"Mainly its fruits and vegetables, and grains, nuts and beans," said France.
France said she reads to make sure to stay up to speed on nutrition.

our bodies," said Marisa Moore of the Academy of Nutrition and
