Ruth Joseph whose family gave up meat 30 years ago

was horrified so many animals had to die so they could eat.
Preparing chicken, turkey and salmon for hundreds of guests at her son
Joe�s bar mitzvah she decided eating meat was wrong.
�It hit me like a rock,� Ruth recalled.
�I thought, �There�s something wrong in eating all this.�
�Later we went to the Royal Welsh show and animals were tethered up with
joints of meat labelled above them, That�s what finally did it.�
