A vegetarian diet could help you cut your risk of heart disease.
Researchers out of the university of oxford found that the risk of
death or hospitalization from heart disease is 32% lower in
vegetarians when compared to those who ate fish and meat.
Experts at memorial hospital weighed in. They say people on vegetarian
and vegan diets tend to have lower blood pressure and cholesterol
