Cafe focuses on the healthful, tasty virtues of uncooked food

On most days, Danny and Kathy Living find themselves working as both
restaurateurs and educators.
In the six months since the south Naperville couple opened the
Borrowed Earth Cafe, they have met a great many patrons who are
anxious to learn more about the food they cook - or, rather, don't
cook - at their downtown Downers Grove eatery.
"The demand for information is almost as strong as it is for the
food," said Danny, who is often asked whether the foods offered on the
menu represent a new culinary approach.
In fact, it's the oldest known method of food preparation.
