        If you put the full-fat coconut milk in the refrigerator for 24 hours, the coconut cream will come to the top quicker.  Then, open the bottom of the can and drain the liquid out.  The coconut cream can then be scooped out.  Save the liquid to cook with.  It will go well in curries, stews, soups, etc.
