This is one of my favorite recipes:
Mirj's Hungarian/Thai Salmon --
If you can't get lemongrass (and I'm not even going to look for it
this Pesach), what you can do is zest a lemon and toss the zest into
the water with the paprika. Then cut up the (bald) lemon into
slices and toss those into the water too.
Simple and delicious!
