          You can make malted milk without  a commercial "Malted Milk Powder".  Just add 1 tablespoon of non-diastatic malt (powder or syrup)  to a cup of milk (dairy, soy, almond or rice).  Add sweetener to taste. 
          Or, if you prefer, make your own malted milk powder by mixing 6 tablespoons non-diastatic malt powder with 2 cups of soy or dairy milk powder and add sugar to taste.
