You need to enable and change the variable
The lines that reference this look like:
# If you use a prefix for IRLP, uncomment the line and enter it below.
# EX: if the code for Tijuana is 1400, and your code is 1231400,
# the prefix is 123
So what you want to do is make one line in the file that looks like:
