      Hello to all IRLP Trekkie's,
Node 8643 on line processing calls, except it stops processing DTMF commands on its own. Disconnect and reconnect through the console and processes DTMF again. Any ideas.

Again, sorry for the delay. You should run the program ps ax when the machine does not seem to decode DTMF. Take note if there is a process called dtmf

        You should run the program

        ps ax

when the machine does not seem to decode DTMF. Take note if there is a process called dtmf running.

You should also look at the logs and see if the DTMF is being decoded incorrectly:

        tail /home/irlp/log/messages

Thanks David                    Better late than never! FYI. The problem was attributed to the PC mother board bit the dust.
