A thorough search was carried out in the Indore-Jammu Tawi Malwa
Express after police received a call that a bomb was planted in the
train and would explode as it leaves the station.

However, the call made last night turned out to be a hoax, police said.

A woman called up the police control room informing that a bomb had
been planted in the train, railway sources said.

Following the call, the train was thoroughly searched by the police
and the bomb disposal squad in the railway yard and when no explosive
material was found in the train, it was cleared for its journey from
Indore to Jammu Tawi, the sources said.

The train was in the railway yard for routine maintenance, sources said.
