      Hello,

This message is from Charles Jenks of Traprock Peace Center.

Sorry that my prior message did not include the link to the photos. Sheila

See 200 plus photos of the march of 500,000 against the war and the occupation of Iraq; you may see friends, and maybe yourself!

Taken sequentially, you will see the Unified Youth and Student Contingent forming, which had been organized by the Campus Antiwar Network, the new Students for a Democratic Society, and students of World Can't Wait. This was an incredible contingent! See it forming, rallying and marching.

You'll also see the formation of the 'head' - with celebrities and UFPJ organizers - with the UFPJ banner. It did not go as planned apparently, as the march started before the 'head' got out of their taped off staging area. A crush of media stood between the head and about a thousand marchers who started to march when the police escort started off, leaving the head somewhere behind.

We photographed hundreds of thousands of marchers going by - with great contingents by Iraq Veterans Against the War, SEIU and many others. By far the biggest contingents were those of the International Socialist Organization and the Unified Youth and Student Contingent. The energy levels were amazing.

We'll be uploading numerous video clips of the student rally and various contingents in the march too, so check back this week to http://www.traprock peace.org

As a special treat, we'll have video (with programs on YouTube and Google) of the after march program on ending the occupation, with author Anthony Arnove (Iraq: the Logic of Withdrawal), Kelly Dougherty (co-founder, Iraq Veterans Against the War) and the amazing hip-hop artist/activist, Son of Nun.
