      I would like to enquire what is the difference between AB and CB rooms? And is the rate inclusive of everything, accommodation, meals and tuition fees? Is there a further discount if I come as a group?

      ·        Diet during the “workshop” would be vegetarian with wholesome lunches and dinners.

              4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.                Practical sessions on Asana and Pranayama
