So you've decided to adopt internationally and don't know what to do next? Or you want to research international adoption and don't know where to turn? Not sure which country to adopt from, or which countries are possibilities? Already adopted and looking for resources or support on post-adoption issues (including disruption) ?Already adopted and want to share and mentor others with your experience? You've come to the right place!

This group is for people starting out on their journey toward international adoption,for people who have completed adoptions and looking for resources on post-adoption support and for experienced adoptive parents who want to help them along (volunteer adoption mentors). We provide information and resources for choosing a country, researching adoption agencies, completing your home study and USCIS requirements, finding information on adoption related issues, post adoption issues and sources for support and encouragement. Whether you are seeking to adopt from Eastern Europe, Asia, Central America, South America, The Caribbean, South Pacific, Africa, are just home with your child and trying to decide what to feed him/her or have been home with your child for awhile and new issues are cropping up- we have information and resources to help you.

Our members have adopted, or are adopting from: Albania, Belize, Cambodia, China, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Lithuania, Moldova, Nepal, Nicaragua, Poland, Philippines, Russia, Thailand, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, & more.
