PA investigators aren't licensed by the state; they're licensed by the
county (although the governing law is a state law (Private Detective Act of
1953 - Title 22 of the Pennsylvania Statutes), and I believe it is only the
Agency that is licensed, not the individual investigator.

You'd have to figure out what county they are in, and all the Clerk's office
      to verify.

How does one find out if an investigator is licensed in PA? I spent some
time at the state website and can't seem to find any information.
      Any help would be appreciated.
