Grnerly I hunt fugitives that have skiped out on bond and grnerly you
don't need a p.i.'s licence to do that.

Hunting for peoples or for info is basically just the same technology wise -
it just depends upon your knowledge, contacts, training, know how, gift of
the gab, recon/checks, and experience mostly,, and whether your licensed to
do it where you want to operate.

Sufficed to say I'm not a bounty hunter but if you pay good I'm not worried
at all about locating fugitives; then doing a trip abroad to get some scum
        bag.

        :-)

I'd check the YahooGroups search for terms like "Bounty Hunter" "Fugitive
Recovery" "Bail Enforcement" and the like, then look to see how many members
and how many posts they have. Actually, I peeked, and Bounty Hunter seems
to be bondage & weird stuff mostly, Bail Enforcement seems to give you some
          good stuff.

            Hey roninhunter2,

In Texas you have to be a DPS licensed as a security type to do a
fugitive pick-up, so there are PI and hunters here.
