      This notice is a reminder that The Investigative Professional Association of
      Georgia (IPAG) invites both members and non-members to attend our annual
      conference on November 5th (Fri) and 6th (Sat) at the Radisson/Doubletree
      Hotel Historic Savannah, Savannah, GA.

      Time is running out! The hotel registration deadline is October 5th and
      conference registration deadline is October 15th, so to secure your room at

      NOVEMBER 5, 2004 - Friday

      Honorary Guest Speaker - Topic to be announced
      John C. Villines - Appointed by Gov. Purdue as Chairman of the Georgia Board
      of Private Detective and Security Agencies. His firm is the John C. Villines
      Group and is a published author in the field of personal safety and
      security. He is Board Certified as an instructor for Police, Private
      Security, and Private Investigators and has trained thousands of individuals
      in personal safety. He conducts seminars throughout the United States for
      various law enforcement groups, schools, private security staffs, community
      organizations, corporations, and individuals.

      Covert Surveillance
      Donald Kneece - President, Kneece Investigations, LLC of Saluda, S.C.(and
      actually a native of Georgia) will be sharing his expertise. He is licensed
      in Georgia as well as in South Carolina. His credentials are extensive,
      formerly in the military where he received the designation of Technical
      Surveillance Specialist and other recognition. Don has trained over fifteen
      hundred federal, state, county and local law enforcement officers in
      surveillance techniques. He is no stranger to IPAG having presented his
      program at the February/March 2004 Spring Seminar. He is also an expert on
      GPS vehicle tracking equipment and responsible for the research and
      development of GPS trackers manufactured in California.

      The Art of Skip Tracing/Information Broker
      Michael Dores, Private Investigator and President of Merlin Information
      Services: Mike is an expert in the field of Skip Tracing and will share the
      tricks of the trade. His company, "Merlin" search and retrieval software, is
      by far the most powerful and flexible ever developed for public records. He
      will demonstrate how to search the myriad information that is available as a
      tool for the investigator.

      1:15 pm - 3:15 pm
      Workers Compensation Investigations
      W. Larry Davis, CIFI, is a Certified Instructor /Investigator licensed by
      the State of Georgia. Larry currently teaches the Private Investigator
      courses held at Georgia Technical Colleges. He is well versed in the "work
      comp" field and will also provide update information. He will discuss
      Insurance fraud which occurs every day and in every state. There are many
      indication of Workers' Compensation Fraud and he will point out "red flags"
      to look for.

      Starting a PI Business/Growth of a Business
      Joe Memolo, CPI and George Abraham, CGI will provide an insight into
      starting a business and the subsequent growth, i.e. location, equipment,
      networking, government rules, FCRA, workers' compensation, tax requirements,
      FICA, Medicare deductions, and licensing requirements including pitfalls.
      Both speakers have successful businesses for several years.

      Cancellations/Refunds Deadline: Oct 15, 2004

      Cancellations will not be accepted after Oct 15, 2004. Refunds will be given
      only to cancellations received on or before Oct 15, 2004. All cancellation
      will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.

      Conference Registration Includes: Seminars, educational material,
      continental breakfast, mid-morning coffee break, mid-afternoon snack break
      and banquet.

      There is not a different or separate fee if you are unable to attend the

      Banquet Guest Registration: The Banquet is included in the Conference
      Registration fee. Only non-conference registrants attending the banquet
      should register as Banquet Guests.

      $109.00 for single/double occupancy. Valet parking is on-site for $7 per
