Hello Group I Need Help. A website stole all the content from
http://www.Infoguys.com which I do allow as long as there is a link
for credit to http://www.Infoguys.com He has been asked nicely to
remove the information. Unfortunately he has not. The website is also
using each members email address as a link back to his home page and
not giving credit to the Infoguys list or to http://www.infoguys.com
or to the members of infoguys . I usually in the past have been able
to come to an equitable agreement with little problems like this. The
information only affected me then. Now someone is using all of our
information and our business names and descriptions for their own
advantage. What if any steps should I take next?
Thanks very much for your help

What's the web site address of the person who stole your material?

You have several methods of recourse on this, but I'd like to see exactly
              what is happening.

Aside from the obvious copyright infringement, by using the members company
details, and pointing them to their own web site, I can think of several
tortious acts they are committing off the top of my head.

Feel free to post the web site address to the list. There is absolutely no
need to keep the details private, as it affects the business of a great many
              of your members here.

              Jim

Subject: [infoguys-list] I need help (Infoguys Moderator)

Hello Group I Need Help. A website stole all the content from
http://www.Infoguys.com which I do allow as long as there is a link
for credit to http://www.Infoguys.com. He has been asked nicely to
remove the information.
