      Cybersex Slayer Prowls Net From Prison

      Something just is not right here. When many hackers are sentenced, they
      are banned from using computers for some period of time, which seems
      reasonable. However, when a a guy who solicits cybersex from a child and
      then murders her is sentenced, his sentence does not include
      (apparently) being banned from using the prison computers to prowl for more
      victims. Details:
