      are at responding to Inter-Jurisdictional Child Recovery.
      IT IS TRUE!! - In some Cases we have worked, up to 12 months!!

      However, where evidence of further flight is submitted to the Petitioning
      State, they can respond within 2/3 months.

      In most Signatory States, there are severe penalties for those who
      circumvent the available Convention.

      Advice: Locate Inquiries + surveillance when found, pending the Authorities
      acting!!

      Non Convention States: Beware, extreme caution and research recommended
