After hearing some of the tapes earlier today on television I'm not
convinced the child shot anyone. We'll hear more about this I'm sure.

      Rick,

I agree! I am not for gun control either but I am sure we will hear a lot
more about gun control after this fiasco comes out about the 8 year old boy
who shot his father dead and his fathers friend. Now the boy is saying he
      did
it because his father was suffering, anyway, no matter how it slices I
guarantee us all that there will be an outrage on gun control after this and
      how 8
year old boys should not be trained to hunt, ugh, I shudder to think about
      it.

I agree though Rick, yes we should be prosecuting. Just like with our
borders, we screwed up letting people illegally come across our borders,
      gave some
of them immunity and in the process of good people getting to stay [law
abiding, workers] we end up with terrorist cells and a number of other
undesirables. I sure do not want to lose my civil liberties as a result of
      this.

All I am saying is that the company went out of its way to instruct its
customers [who are these customers primarily anyway, that may make a
      difference]
to remote access infect and basically invade unsuspecting persons computers.

If it is PI's doing this within the law ok one thing but rogue hackers NO.
I think the company has a certain responsibility to know its customers and
      take precautions where it can.

      There is no simple answer.

8 year old kid confesses to shooting two people. Yeah. I had a 5 year old cousin who
loved to impress everybody with the story of how he ''killed a ''baar'' in ''skogie'', all by himself. [Translated, that would be ''bear'' in ''Maskogie'', Oklahoma]. I was a kid once. A very imaginative kid, too. At ten years old, I almost had myself convinced that I could fly, if I really wanted to, just like ''Superwoman''.

My dad always kept guns around the house, being of the old school. He began teaching us to shoot when we were very young, just as his father had taught him. I remember the day a freind of mine, at about ten years old, happened to be meddling at my house, and pulled my dad's pistol out of a desk drawer, and began pointing it at everyone before he grabbed it. It was loaded. I'm sorry, but I disagree that an 8 year old boy is way to young to be taught to hunt. Here he is, this little kid, watching these animals spurt blood and die at his hand. Even so, did this 8 year old really completely comprehend death? Did he even comprehed ''murder''? The adults who want to try him as an ''adult''......do they even have good sense? He isn't an adult, and he did not commit the crime as an adult. An adult society, puts all these ''games'' in a kid's hand, and then says...''Don't let this turn you into a murderer''?

I b elieve that an adult society, should have to pay for this crime. Not the kid. And how about his rights? No adult present in his behalf, before the blood thirsty cops questioned him? Oh yeah, did  he understand his ''Miranda rights''? I will bet he told them he did. Of course he didn't!

All the crazy things going on in this world, which is being committed by our youth? Thank an adult generation, people, it has forsaken it's God.
