      ATTENTION: LICENSED PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS/DETECTIVES:

Thanks again for your participation on the 1/19/08 doubleheader
involving UFC 80 and the Roy Jones, Jr. v. Felix Trinidad events.
Piracy production on both events was excellent and our clients and firm
thank you for your efforts in preparation for and in conducting the
      surveillances.

With January almost behind us we look ahead to what stands to be one of
      the most successful Februarys ever:

This SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 2nd, we begin the month with another
"Heavyweight" MMA show when UFC 81: "Breaking Point" is telecast live to
its legion of fans worldwide in a First-Class PPV event live from the
Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, NV.
This weekend's show features some of the biggest men in the sport,
headlined by 6'8", TIM "The Maniac" SILVA facing 240 lb ANTONIO RODRIGO
NOGUEIRA. Also featured is former wrestling superstar and NFL washout,
265 lb, BROCK LESNAR in his UFC debut vs. former UFC Heavyweight
Champion FRANK MIR. With the SuperBowl taking place the very next
day, you can expect bars to be packed all weekend long and commercial
piracy should benefit as a result.

Then next WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6th, Top-Rated ARGENTINA faces team
GUATEMALA live on PPV from the Los Angeles Coliseum. Although the game
is a friendly match, both teams are bringing their "A" squads, the game
features two of the best young players in the world, (Lionel Messi and
Sergio Aguero), and is being played in the middle of the week.

In addition, the match is currently being blacked-out for commercial
sales in the Los Angeles market. This means commercial locations
looking to show the event have to bootleg it or get a residential
license to view the telecast. If you have Argentinian or Guatemalan
communities in your area or locations head over heels about soccer,
you've got a "puncher's chance" to catch pirates (if not, its best you
      sit this one out).

Then next SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 9th, we're back policing the latest
installment of "Latin Fury" which features the very best Mexican
      prizefighters in the sport today.

Headlining the upcoming telecast will be JULIO CESAR CHAVEZ, JR., widely
popular son of the legendary boxing icon, now making quite a name for
himself, vs. super tough upcomer JOSE CELAYA, who brings both power and
speed and is the recent winner of five straight bouts. The PPV show
will be broadcast live from Guanajuato, Mexico also features JORGE ARCE,
MARCO ANTONIO RUBIO and other top quality fighters.

Then the very next weekend, SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16th, the most
anticipated fight of the year comes to TV when undefeated World Champion
KELLY "The Ghost" PAVLIK faces former World Champion JERMAIN "Bad
Intentions" TAYLOR in their well-awaited rematch.

PAVLIK, with a record of 32-0, (including 24 knockouts), earned Fighter
of the Year honors last year and the right to face TAYLOR for the World
Championship which PAVLIK won in a barnburner. TAYLOR, the Pride of
Little Rock, Arkansas, with a record of 27-1-1, including 17 knockouts,
ruled the Middleweight division for nearly two years after his legendary
upset of Hall of Fame Champion Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins.

The HBO-PPV show, live from the MGM Grand promises to be extraordinary
event as each boxer has promised the fight of their lives. Piracy
coast-to-coast should be substantial because fights of this caliber
      don't come by often.
