        Thats right...you get a file# which allows you to track your application on
        CIC's main website but watching your case to progress is like watching the
        grass grow.No matter how much your case progresses,the status shows "In
        progress"which is discouraging for others just as it increases frustration
        and impatience with CIC.
        There are no phone numbers to follow up,although CIC suggests you to fax
        them letters which too,almost never get replied.Ofcourse they would have
        done everybody a great favour had they adopted the emails but they don't.No
        one knows the email addresses of CIC which is a highly kept secret...lol.
