      Advances in Inflammatory Bowel Disease is a free patient education
      program for anyone affected by Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.

      Seminars are held throughout the U.S. and feature national and local
      experts in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) who discuss the latest
      information on medical and surgical treatment options.

      In addition to learning about managing IBD and its complications,
      participants are invited to ask questions and receive a package of
      helpful materials and also receive a free bone density scan.
