Subject: [IH CUB LoBoy Series] Looking for advice on a 184

I have a friend that has an International 184 Loboy.  He is about to
move and he's trying to sell it.  I am iterested in it but I have no
idea what it is worth.  I don't even know the year of the tractor
although I'm sure that it can be found in the serial #.

This is the serial# 2000116U050538 and model I 184 LOBOY.

Condition:  Running but after it gets hot it has to cool down before
you can restart.  The motor dosen't smoke but it seems to be easily
strained. It is weathered due to not being parked under cover.

Here are my questions:  1.Are parts hard to find?  2.How much would
this tractor be worth $value, (just a ballpark figure)?  3.Should I
      buy it, (your opinion)?

      Thanks for your help!
