      The early cub cadets used the same transmission and differential as the
      offset cubs and number series cubs. The only difference is that the ring
      gear is reversed as the cubs and lo-boys used a final drive which reversed
      the direction of travel.

      Gentlemen i have been told that the earlier cub cadet mowers had the same
      transmission and rearend in the 154 185 and the 184 lowboys couls someone
      tell me how this is , and i also have a 154 parts tractor with the wide
      turff tires and looks like a homemade 3 point hitch am asking 350.00 for
      entire tractor if anyone is interested thanks Bob
