The only plans to add words are those words adopted after 1924, as
listed on James Chandler's website, and perhaps the technological
words as currently being cataloged on the Idolisto group. I see no
purpose in including any Esperanto terms whatsoever. It would only
cause confusion. There already exists at least one Esperanto-Ido
dictionary for Esperantists who want to learn Ido.
