As a general rule, they're great at Paizo stuff and WOTC/Hasbro stuff. But they're pretty good at special orders: They've gotten board and card games for me, and I got my print copy of ICONS as a special order from them. But Villainomicon just doesn't show. I'm inclined to suspect it's further up the chain--but I can't discount the possibility that they're lying.
(If it were comics...no. I've never had any luck getting comics from them; they're really good at gettings comics-related merchandise, but the actual comics themselves, awful.)
But I've been trying for about six months through them, and nothing's happening.
But in any case....for RPGs, I'm to the point where if it's not Paizo or WOTC (and it rarely is), I now go to the source.

I'll see what I can do -- (I'm not in the same state as the warehouse, and have little direct control of their shipping process).

But I have to say that I'm somewhat disturbed by the fact that your local store "is having no luck ordering it", given that it's available from literally *every* games distributor, world-wide.   The cynical side of me, honed by years of being in this business, suspects that you're being given a falsehood to cover a lack of desire to place a special order.

I have pre-ordered Team-Up. (No, this isn't a question of when it will come out.)
If I also ordered the print copy of Villainomicon, could it be thrown in the same box to combine the shipping charge? (My local games store is having no luck ordering it. I have the PDF, but now that the kids have discovered the computer, hard copy is a good way to go.) Obviously, I'd be willing to pay some extra shipping, if only to cover the extra time involved in keeping two orders straight, but would it be more effective for you and for me?
I figure I might as well get it from you, and then I realized that *maybe* I could combine shipping.
