Re: HUM_FORUM: Bad vibrations and vertigo
- Hello Nickolay,Most of us use HEPA air cleaners, fans, white noise machines, or tone players in our bedroom when sleeping. These things help to block some of the hum and allows us to sleep better. The tone generators are to match the hums sound and therefore blocks it. The tone generators are in the files on the forums web page. As far as the vertigo, I personally would strongly suggest that you see an ear nose and throat specialist to make certain that you ears are in good health. Vertigo can be caused by many things and you need to make certain that you do not have a curable illness or condition in your ears. It is better to get a cure if anything is found than to suffer for any longer. Most of us do not have vertigo and this is why I am saying you should go get checked. We are here for you any time you need to talk. None of us has any true solutions to the hum as of yet, I am sorry to tell you.You will need to try some of these ideas to find the best one for you so you can get better sleep. Sleep is very important to your whole body and this should be the first thing you do to help yourself. Also get in to see a doctor right away if you have not been to one as of yet.Blessings,SuzieFrom: "inter3322@..." <inter3322@...>
