THE WOMEN FIGHT BACK
They say turn around is fair play.
In Missouri, House member Stacey Newman has proposed an legislation to allow a vasectomy only to protect a man from serious injury or death.
And in Georgia, State representative Yasmin Neal has introduced a bill vastly limiting vasectomies in that state.
The Wilmington City Cousin has passed a resolution asking state and federal legislators to grant 'personhood' rights to unfertilized eggs and sperm. Councilwoman Loretta Walsh stated, "What's good for the Gander, is good for the goose."
Oklahoma State Sen. Constance Johnson introduced an amendment to an Oklahoma 'Personhood" bill giving zygotes the same rights as adults. Her amendment state that any action in which a man ejaculates or otherwise deposits semen anywhere but in a woman's vagina shall be interpreted and construed as an action against an unborn child.
In Virginia, Senator Janet Howell proposes mandatory rectal exams and cardiac stress testing before any treatment of erectile dysfunction including prescriptions for Viagra.
The women are finally beginning to fight back.
