      Probably called Carter wind energy or something similar back in the old days.
       
      There is a long story there but I have lost contact.  Of course there may have been another group also.

      While in North Texas, you might look into Burkburnett (north of Wichita Falls, on the Red River).  As I recall, it was one of the birthplaces of the modern wind turbine, wounded almost fatally by loss of federal incentives in the late 80's.  I think the outfit is still in business, but I can't recall their name.
