The Dems have vowed to walk out if voter id comes up so all the rest of the bills after that will be dead.
Look for the senate to amend 545 on something.

This bill is currently in Calenders Committee to schedule to the House Floor for a second and third reading. Once this is done The House can vote on it. We are down to the wire on this so Everyone Please contact your house rep. to help push it along..According to Luke's last email this is where a lot of bills die due to heavy lobbying not to schedule it back to the floor !

      Bill info here >>>

      http://www.capitol. state.tx. us/BillLookup/ History.aspx? LegSess=81R&Bill=SB545

Hit the tab "Text" for links to text of Bill.

Appears it covers ALL solar electric generation -- Not just PV?  Does that match what everyone else is seeing or has heard?

What is the status of this bill, being considered in the Texas legislature? It provides a residential rebate of 2.60 $/watt.
