      Let's envision an energy policy starting with energy conservation in
      design
      of buildings and transportation....tax incentives in place for this.
      Let's envision Pvs, Wind, and solar where geographically appropriate used
      to
      electrolyze water for hydrogen fuel cells for transportation and heating
      buildings. Let's envision towns and cities designed that inhibit urban
      sprawl, and let's have the courage to do it. Otherwise this economy is
      truly
      not sustainable.
