      • Congressional Resolution (H. Res. 507) asks Congress to, in light of peaking oil, resolve to take bold action on energy efficiency and alternative energy sources.  http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/D?c109:1:./temp/~c109HBguuL:: "What can we do to promote this bill" will be addressed by Dr. Ian Goldsmith   
      • The 2006 Tax Credit for Solar, Insulating, and hybrid cars will be explained by   by Nan Hildreth   The 2006 tax law gives consumers a credit for 2006 & 2007 of 30% for solar electricity or solar hot water up to $2,000 per residential system, insulating homes, changing windows or some other improvements of 10% up to $300 and an still fuzzy credit for new energy efficient cars.  http://www.energytaxincentives.org/
