Re: [hreg] Green Mountain Electricity rate reduction
- Thanks, LaVerne. We called Green Mountain and sure enough, we were being charged at 9.8c/kwh. They changed it to the new rate, 8.7, effective in 30 days, but, they didn't volunteer to rebate us from the first of the year. Do you know of anyone having any success getting an adjustment since the first of the year?Polly----- Original Message -----From: LaVerne WilliamsSent: Monday, February 18, 2002 7:56 PMSubject: [hreg] Green Mountain Electricity rate reductionTo all Green Mountain Customers:Green Mountain should only be charging you 8.7 cents/kwh. They dropped their rate after the 1st of the year. If your bills do not reflect this rate change reduction, call them @ 1.866.green.tx to get them to do it. Otherwise it seems they will keep billing you at the old rate.LaVerne A. Williams, AIA
