Thanks, LaVerne. We called Green Mountain and sure enough, we were being
charged at 9.8c/kwh. They changed it to the new rate, 8.7, effective in 30
days, but, they didn't volunteer to rebate us from the first of the year.
Do you know of anyone having any success getting an adjustment since the first
of the year?

To all Green Mountain Customers:
Green Mountain should only be charging you 8.7
cents/kwh. They dropped their rate after the 1st of the year. If
your bills do not reflect this rate change reduction, call them @
1.866.green.tx to get them to do it. Otherwise it seems they will keep
billing you at the old rate.
