Since recycling is part of energy conservation, I thought perhaps the
following would be of interest. There was an large article [front page]
about this house in the Huntsville item, but I don't suppose many of you
receive that paper. This house is something like 70% materials that
were rescued on their way to the landfill. It is built to code and
mortgage-able. [already sold.]
Go north on IH-45 to exit 116 (Hwy 30). Get off on the feeder, go to the
signal, turn right. Go about a mile and turn right at the third stoplight.
This is Avenue O. Go two blocks and turn left on 13th Street. Go one
block, turn right on Avenue N. The address is 1321 Avenue N--third house on
The open house is Saturday, September 15, 10AM to 6PM.
We are a mud pit as well.
I'm looking forward to seeing you guys.
